I don't know of it, sorry. But the Heizer's son might be able to. He says: "If your looking for information or contacts on Heizer Software’s early days. Please feel free to email me and I can forward it on."
The original Heizer Software was purchased by "Royal Software" in 1996. Royale Software has also gone, so finding this early HyperCard tool might be difficult, especially if it was a commercial and not public domain software from the early 1990's.
