I have been searching far and wide for an old late 80s-early 90s game, but I don't know the name of it nor do I remember that many details! What I know for absolute certainty is that it was an adventure-puzzle based DOS game, and at certain points you'd enter rooms that had some random object blocking a doorway, the one I recall most vividly is a GIANT STUFFY NOSE.

Does anyone remember this and know what it's called?
