The original floppy comes with version 1.0.4, but the game requires to put the floppy into the drive, write-enabled.
Got it off of eBay (sealed box which I opened now) . Contains original floppy and a 2-page flyer with instructions.
Awesome game. Very scary to a 4 year old
Would love to see the box art again.
