I think the file names (sit's, zip's, and pict's) best match the sub URL (the one right from "/games/"name above) .

This is why I set an URL name as short as possible, when creating new pages now, after Maedi warned me about using long URLs.

Entries got the URL from the name field, when you create one. Once created, I edit the title field.

@BeigeG3Minitower: Thank you for uploading this.

Your naming scheme for the screenshots however, is still too generic. Currently, picture 2 is pulling in the screenshot from the Quake II page, instead of what you would've uploaded...

Example: "Q3A-OS9-01.jpg", "Q3A-OS9-02.jpg", "Q3A-OS9-03.jpg" would fair better.

I couldn't get the previously uploaded Quake 3 Arena to work on my classic systems, but this one works without a problem. I found it in a pile of old cds.

The uploaded screenshots 2 & 3 are getting 404 (can't be found) errors.

Hint to uploader, BeigeG3Minitower - Please re-upload your screenshots. But do change their names to something relevant to the page you're uploading to, as they'll then have a better chance of sticking.

For example: Quake3A-classic-01.jpg, Quake3A-classic-02.jpg, Quake3A-classic-03.jpg, etc.

@mrdav: I cannot use Mega, period. So I'm happy to see anything archived at Mega only, uploaded internally.

However, the uploader and creator of this page probably should have checked for existing pages 1st and added it to the existing Quake III Arena page. Perhaps.

The Mega file is possibly the same, but as this one is archived here; This one here is fine by me (haven't DL'd to test either tho'). Adding "See Also" internal links to each page may help. Done.

[Edit]: It would be a lot easier too, to simply move the Mega link into this page, than to merge this upload to the existing QIII Arena page. Done.

Is this any different from the Classic Mac version (D/L from Mega) on the following page?:
