A note about Omnipedia 2:
Omnipedia 2 will only perform the installation if it finds a previous Install of Omnipedia 1 on your hard disk drive.

Try the Virtual DVD-ROM/CD Utility
My Bas configuration runs with Mac OS 7.6 currently. If it still doesn't run on your setup, we could believe it requires 7.6 minimum, but not sure yet.
I received an error after opening the application asking for the cd-rom. Any tips on mounting this as disc through Basilisk II running 7.5.3? Thanks!
Please check this game with Mac OS 7 and 8 in Sheep as well.
My Sheep configuration with Mac OS 9 installed won't show any pictures on the screen.
Omnipedia 2 will only install if it finds a previous Install from Omnipedia 1,
but if you're emulating this with Bas or Sheep, you'ld need to shut down the emulator to eject Omnipedia 1 first, because won't run if it finds Omnipedia 1 CD in drive.
No pictures to be seen when running this game in Mac OS 9 (this is related to both Omnipedia versions)
I can't provide exact system requirements for Mac version, only the extended one for Speech recognition as given in manual
