Enchanted Scepters and Basilisk, any possibility?

Before asking for help let me first say that Mac Garden has a great community and I'm always led to these forums from google whenever I need assistance with something. I've been coming here for ages and it's such a great place for friendly support...

I was wondering if anyone had luck in getting the game Enchanted Scepters to run in Basilisk? I've been able to get it's counterpart Radical Castle working but Enchanted Scepters not so much. I've tried so many different things it's made my head spin. I've tried it with Mac 7.1 , 7.55, 7.61, and 8.1, changed the mac versions in the gui and tried a few different roms and all the variations I've crashes/freezes Basilisk. I can get the game disk mounted and can launch the executable but it just crashes. I've even tried copying the entire Enchanted Scepters game to my OS folder without success. Radical Castle works great and it just seems weird because they are both World Builder games and seem to be built the same way...

Anyway, if there's someone out there who has it working can you tell me which OS, Rom and game versions you are using? I can play the game on vMac but I'd like to be able to run it on Basilisk if possible. Thanks a lot in advance!!!

Enchanted Scepters is one of the oldest Mac games ever, you'll never run it over System 6 (I don't think it's MultiFinder compatible).

With that said, the engine (WorldBuilder) was released, so with some know-how, there's a chance you could hack it into a Mac OS 7-compatible version of WorldBuilder and recompile it...but I haven't done anything like it.

Edit: Sorry, due to external robots changed 'xxx 7' to 'Mac OS 7' - IIGS User
