First time user / emulator

Hey, just stumbled across this site and need some utter n00b help if anyone can spare the time.

I have 0 knowledge of emulation and was wondering if anyone could give be instructions to get http://macintoshgarden.org/games/tropico-mucho-macho up and running?

Using OSX 10.4.11.

Assume no knowledge whatsoever.

I guess a good starting point would be to read through the Guides section of the Macintosh Garden. See if any of it appeals or makes sense or not.

I also recommend the guides over at E-Maculation.
