Giveaway Graphite SE G3 iMac.

This is just taking up space now. I have installed a new PRAM battery, updated RAM to 512MB, removed CD-RW and replaced with Apple DVD-ROM (slot-loading).

GONE GONE GONE...NO LONGER AVAILABLE!!!

C'mon, there has to be someone from Tasmania who wants this epic game playing OS9 iMac?

It has VGA out too...

If you ship it over to the U.S. I'd be very happy, but you probably don't want to do that...

Wish I was in Tassie, tmm Sad
Surely you can't be the only local to visit these pages. Have you tried Gumtree?

Can't give anything OLD away on Gumtree.

It went back to the dump, along with the LC630 -- sigh.

Gotta say I'm bit aghast that you sent the 630 back to where you found it, tmm Wink

I would've liked messing around with it.

It worked, but the power supply fan was definitely on the way out (and possibly the power supply as well).

It was not complete, and was only the single DIMM slot model, so I said "screw it" and "threw it".

I still have the G4 sunflower iMac, and will eventually update the internal 80GB IDE HDD with my new (perfectly sized) 123GB IDE HDD. I will test it with the Firewire external to make sure it is OK first.

I have a PPC mobo for that form case (fits into 5xxx, 6xxx & also 64xx tower cases). I'm waiting for one to "turn up" in a skip or dump, someday. Its fully maxed with RAM, pulled from a working 5400 & sports a PCI DOS card too. Really hoping to come across a dead 6400 tho' & hopefully with a case that's not too battered. ...ah, one of these days...
