I'm not a fan of the simple hard drive icon that HFVExplorer adds to new disks, so I grabbed the hard drive icon off my G3. I had no trouble changing the hard drive icon in OS 8.6, but it doesn't seem to work the same in OS 7.6.1. Any hints?

OS8 and higher is handling the icons in a different way than SSW 7 did.
Better choose an icon from the SSW 7 era. If you wish, I could upload an old collection (not mine).

Seems OS7 can display the icon, but won't let me use it. Tried just using an icon from the system folder and it worked. Thanks for the help.
