well, i'm trying to look for a copy of macromedia studio mx 6, the edition of studio mx before mx 2004, because i would like to add it to my collection and use it on my PowerBook. thanks in advance!

This might be a tough one to locate, given the original cost, and the cost it still fetches today on eBay. If you really want it, buy it on eBay - many of us here spend time every week on eBay looking for stuff to load here. If you can buy it and upload it, after doing all the checks, you'll get the praise of all at this site.

well, i managed to acquire a copy of dreamweaver mx 6, so i guess i'll post the .sit file on here, but i'm still looking for flash, fireworks, and freehand 10.

I've got some of those. However I been waiting to get around to asking about them first as Balrog tends to get twitchy about items of that vintage. I suppose I could upload trial versions without any problem. (Unfortunately I only have a full version of Freehand 10, not a trial.)

Perhaps, but Macromedia has now become defunct (more that 5 years, IIRC). And the current owners (Adobe) killed its production quicker than you could say "This has been a most favorable coup"...

sorry joseph, was offline for a couple of weeks mostly.
I've got quite few late period (2000s) more high end apps that I've been meaning to get around to asking Balrog about. I don't want to create an Illustrator 10/Omnipage X type situation (if you look up those pages on MG you'll see what I mean), which just gets people's hopes up then dashes them.
There shouldn't be a problem putting up a trial version of Fireworks MX, so I'll do that. (Also have Fireworks versions 2 & 4 which I'll add to MG when I get a chance).
I generally avoid posting serial numbers anyway, except for really obsolete stuff.
btw, MX Studio 2003 was the version before MX 2004

Are you still intending to upload this? I'm really keen on getting a copy - with Fireworks 4 I'm having some trouble getting the colour picker to work and the 4.0.2 updater fails to find my fireworks installation.
Would love to get hold of MX / 6 - is this the last version available for OS9?
