Looking for an old music game where you could play orchesta instruments

It may have been one of the Thinkin Things games, but I haven't found it looking through those yet.

Specifically what I can remember is that it was a musical educational game. There were a few different rooms you could go into, and one of them you were able to click on different members of an orchestra and it would play their instrument. There were about 20 or so instruments on-screen.
I believe the main menu was a city or a few streets and different buildings led you to different areas, such as the one mentioned above.

One other thing I remember is there was a guy that you could click on and he would say something odd. I can hear the word in my head, it sounded like: "aba hue bahaba"

Any thoughts?

holy shit holy shit holy shit YES!!!! Thank YOU!!! Immediately knew it when you said the name, and the box art was exactly what I was thinking about, I could picture the street.

I also had a Performa and wonder if the CD came with my PC as well. It may be laying around my house somewhere.

Thank you so much, you made my day.
