3 weeks ago I registered for the http://macos9lives.com/ forums. I received an email a few minutes later stating:
"Before you can login and start using the forum, your request will be reviewed and approved. When this happens, you will receive another email from this address."

This process is typical of the forums I've joined. What was NOT typical is the length of time I've waited to be "approved".

So far: NOTHING.

I'd say visiting http://macos9lives.com/ is a waste of time.
