Just wondering if anyone has ever completed it, or gotten as far as i have, because i've been stumped since about 1990

also, things i couldn't figure out:
- what to do with the old lady and the guard dog
- can you get anything from the blacksmith?
- where to find the 3rd key (for the door in the cave room)
