So I have been looking and racking my brain for this game. It takes place in the future in a city, and you can be a few different characters, it involves floating cars and you go on missions in the city and can upgrade your car with weapons as you go along. I think it was on one of those demo discs that had a few games on it. Had a good story but cant remember for the life of me what it was, reminded me almost of perfect dark. Its not Tanaka or hover, and I want to say it had something to do with getting nukes but I am not sure. Any help is much appreciated.
