i've a problem: I've tried to install sculpt 3d on SSW 7 via floppy image file, but installation utility ask me to insert next floppy.
the question: how can I switch a floppy image on basilisk ? the windows version have a options for detect o switch (via shortcut) a floppy image, but on mac os i'm locked to this step

Depends on how many floppy disk images are in the install set, but if its say 6 or less, you can drag all of the images over onto a running Basilisk II session's window (you need to be not running it full screen for this), they'll then mount on BII's desktop all at once. You can then run the installer without it asking you to insert the next floppy disk.
If there's a whole bunch of floppy disk images in the archive (too many to mount at once) run the installer and when it asks for a floppy disk, drag the disk image it asks for next into the running Basilisk II window. Do this each time it asks for a floppy until its done.
Alternatively, If there's a whole bunch of floppy disk images in the archive, move the whole archive you DL'd (not extracted), into an emulated drive, then extract the archive from within the BII session using Stuffit Expander. Once extracted this way, you need Disk Copy 6.1.2 or newer to mount all of the disk images onto the BII desktop. Then run the installer (usually in Disk 1) with all images mounted on the BII desktop.
Either way should work.

No luck, when system ask me to switch disk, I can't do anything. Also i can't drag anything in basilisk windows. : (
Can you copy the Sculpt 3D archive that you downloaded, to inside of a Basilisk II hard drive, before you extract its contents?
By a "Basilisk II hard drive", I mean into any emulated hard drive that you might have mounted on the SSW 7 desktop when you are running Basilisk II - But not the shared "Unix" drive.
If you do this before extracting the archive, then use Stuffit Expander in SSW 7.x to extract. What do you see inside the extracted archive? Are there disk image files with names ending in ".img" or "image" or ".dsk", etc?
I did a wee bit of work on this before. If you are using the Sculpt 3D 4.1 download (I'm assuming this), there are no disk images in the archive. Rather, the folders containing the install segments need to be made into disk images. After you do that, mount all of the images before opening the installer.
That would explain why gighindro was unable to load another floppy 
I cannot DL that file from that site to test it (maybe I have too many ads blocked or something) its only 8MB too, why this wasn't archived at the MG, I cannot understand.
