Request: Pixelmator 1.2.3 and 1.5.1

I am searching the last version of Pixelmator v1.2.3 for Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger and v1.5.1 for Mac OS X 10.5 PPC.

I emailed the original developers of Pixelmator and asked them for the files that used to be on their website available for download, but they have them no longer around:

Hi,
We'd love to, however, we no longer have such an old version around anymore, therefore, cannot email it to you. Sorry .

Unfortunately, the old links all pointed to their website and are dead today.

Has someone still the old version somewhere and can upload them, as they are abandonware now ?

Found this copy of 1.5.1.

The minimum system version in the plist is 10.4 so it might work on Tiger.

The version v1.5.1 works mostly on Mac OS X 10.4.11, too. But some features will work on Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard only, citing from the manual:

Pixelmator requires Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard since it was built for it.
The application might work well on Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger, but some of
the features, such as Quartz Composer support, some Core Image-
based filters, and tools such as Refine Selection, Stroke and Click-and-
drag tools do not work or are limited when running the application on
Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger. In addition, the majority of performance
improvements are available only on Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard.

So I want still the version v1.2.3 as it was the last Tiger-compatible version of Pixelmator, not yet optimised for Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard, for historical purposes.

By the way, in the FTP directory are also a Intel-only v1.5.1 and the v1.6.0.

Protocol7 found a distributor of Pixelmator. On their page, they write:

Compatibility note:
Pixelmator 1.6 requires an Intel based Mac with Mac OS X 10.6. License numbers given for Pixelmator 1.6.x will also activate Pixelmator 1.5.1 - this way, Pixelmator can also be used on Macs, which are not compatible to Snow Leopard. Pixelmator 1.5.1 can be downloaded in our Download Area.

Meanwhile, I switched to the AppStore version.

I could upload the 1.6 one, including serial.

OK, go ahead and upload v1.5.1 and v1.6 with working serial. The version v1.2.3 seems to be extremly hard to find nowadays, but I am still hoping someone has it somewhere.

As I wrote in my first posting, I have already contacted the original developers of Pixelmator, asking them for the files of both versions, as they were once on their website. But they have themselves no such old files still around and support for them is long gone. As such it may considered abandonware today. But you are welcome to contact them to ask them for permission again.
