Request: Unknown US Civil War Game

This is a long shot but here goes. Back in the mid/early 90s, on my Performa 636, I downloaded a free Civil War game from the AOL games database.

It allowed two players to select their side and then fight each other (or you could select one player and play against the computer). Each turn involved selecting artillery, infantry, or charging, etc. You tried to take the opposition's troop numbers down until you won. It was seemingly random and completely in black & white. It looks similar to:

But it is a completely different and simple game.

Any chance it was a HyperCard game ?

Was it Risk-like ?

I'd wager that it was a HyperCard Game.

It wasn't too risk like in that you didn't move troops around to different places or anything. It was just one battle. However, it was kind of like rolling the dice when you attacked, you could never tell the outcome or damage.

Unfortunately it isn't 1863. I found American Civil War at http://grognard.com/compgame.html but have to get my hypercard working on the emulator. Not sure if it is it yet but will find out soon.
