And I found myself a way of loading extra sound libraries in it from East−West, Zero-G etc...
Even some for Kontakt 1.5. (EW/QL voices of apocalypse).
But I'm afraid this may be barely legal, If you don't own this libraries . Be cause in the process the licensed process vanishes.

I have the version of Ableton Live 4.1.2. But without S/N only work as Demo.

The first one work (I already know it). But is not enough. It need a Key Gen.
Any way, I am busy this days. I'll put the file online when I have a few free minutes.
After all I don't like Ableton Live. I prefer by far Cubase.

Thanks for posting this v4.1.2 installer for os9.. I do have a CD for ableton live lite 4.. which came with my emu 0404 usb interface. this provided me with an actual live lite 4 license code... the installer cd however does not have the os9 program.. only os the osx .app version shows up when i insert the cd/dvd. I was however able to unlock + use my ableton live lite 4 EMU EDITION serial just now with this installer for 4.1.2 for os9!!!!!! all is working as it should.... I believe there were alot of EMU Digidesign edition + emu edition free versions of live lite bundled + given out with purchased interfaces. If you really need your own license it might be cheaper to locate one of these interfaces.. i think perhaps it was also bundled with tascam interfaces such as the us-144?

It really would be great to have a working keygen for v4 as i believe this version is the first version to feature midi tracks + midi clips functionality!

ONE MORE THING TO NOTE: ive just realized that .. with this os9 version.. even tho it authenticates as emu edition 4.1.2 --- it appears that the limitations present witht his version (live lite 4) with the osx version ARE NOT BEING ENFORCED!! if i authorize on the osx version it limits me to a certain number of tracks (8 i believe) at first glance i was able to press cmd-t to instantiate up to 20 tracks and i did not recieve the same limitation message that i would recieve in osx version of live 4.

actually disregard that post i made an error.. it is in fact limited to *4* tracks.. worse then i thought:( oh man;(

actually to elaborate.. this suggestion i made above of using a live lite 4 license.. DISREGARD COMPLETELY!

the limitations are severe! from what i immediately tell:

audio tracks : limited to only *4* tracks
midi tracks : limited to only *4* tracks
rewire functionality : ***UNAVAILABLE***
return tracks : limited to only *1* track

i was in demo mode originally when i thought it was fully unlocked;) lol

also confirmed that this h20 live 4 keygen only works if u patch the file aswell so its assumable only able to function for the windows version...... unless the patch could be done on the pc.. if its patching some type of resource file + not executable? but thats a stretch

further information regarding live lite 4 limitations:

* Rewire function disabled.
* MIDI remote control and MIDI Sync disabled.
* Punch in/out points disabled.
* Max number of tracks is 10.
* Max number of send tracks is 2
* Number of mono input channels is 2
* Number of mono output channels is 4
* Tap tempo disable
* Tempo automation / envelope disabled.
* Auto filter effect, erosion effect, filter delay effect, grain delay effect, simple delay effect, vinyl distortion effect, redux effect, reverb effect disabled.
* Number of simultaneous VST plug-in load is 1"

this keygen doesnt work.. i tried it over and over.. it seems it is not a true keygen and will only work if used in combination with the patching... and the patching is of course PC only.. i would be crazy to even try to use this .exe patcher to patch a os9 program file:) but here i am thinking about trying LOL

i have just confirmed that a working crack for ableton live v3.0.4
using a pc-based exe crack by H20 WILL WORK to patch the os9
file!!!!!!!!!

next u have to have a pc obviously but install live normally and then u want to ftp the Live executable from inside the resources folder, send that over to your pc, and use the patch'er built into the h20 keygen.. and then send the executable .bin file back over to your mac via ftp and place back inside the resources folder + boom!! working ableton live v3.0.4 on mac os 9!

my excitement would be even greater if this was for v4+, but i will keep looking for that, the ultimate version for os9 audio production...! but im still excited about this, another victory for the os9 retro producer pack;)
