Sure Amazon itself sells it or lists used items only, offered by other sellers?
For me, your link seems to list used items only, so I assume the item is no longer sold officially.

Actually that's a link to new in stock product from Amazon. I've seen it at stores, too, including Target. Assuming it still has the versions for the Classic Mac OS on it, it's not abandonware.

man, ID Software still selling Wolfenstein 3D... and everybody knows that Wolfenstein is a synonym of Abandonware!

The thing about Amazon to watch for is that your browser often "remembers" things about your previous visits and what you find on returning to Amazon might be completely different than what somebody who is coming to it fresh might find. I think that might be what throws some people when doing a quick search.

I would consider games which don't have support from the company anymore as an ethical abandonware.
