The game I recently played from start to end: "A New Beginning"

"A New Beginning", a PC-only game. It was included on a monthly PC magazine some weeks ago,
using original data from first release(s ) in 2010,
but I found the game including original box in my own chamber as well (seems I forgot about it) .
Some users reported it as somewhat buggy (especially if you play during midnight -
I've no idea what's the cause about), here is the URL:

Seems the developers no longer offers updates to the game on their site,
but they put an updated version on GOG.com in the past,
very well updated with audio and subtitles in languages not available before.

I think I'll catch it.

Thanks for the hint. I also have a GOG account somewhere and while I do love the company (seem to be nice folks) and the graphics of the game, I am turned off by the story. Is a believe in mankind-made global warming a requirement for playing this game?

Hehe, no believe required.

I saw their offer in their newsletter.
Usually I don't want to buy virtual things such this,
but this game was an exception for me.

I wonder why they list the localized Mac versions under Windows Downloads.

I think the only language available before was German for the PC version of the game,
but nice to see it's available in other languages now and for Mac as well.

"A New Beginning" (which is the original German title as well), is available for $2 instead of $10,
other titles are also available from within a range of $2 to $5.
