What's the title of this game?

Hello!
I'm looking for a title of a game i've been playing many years ago. Unfortunatelly I don't remember many details but I belive you are able to help me.

All I remember:
-it was arcade game with a ball
-after each level you get a password, you can type it to start playing from this point in future
-I've played this game on my Mac LC (something like 1996-1998 but I'm not sure)
-It was on system 7

I know it's not very accurate description but I'll be very grateful for any help

I think you're right, thank you very much!

I have also one more question, it's the same type so I won't make another topic.
I remember I've seen something on my Mac LC but I'm not sure it was a game or maybe some kind of presentation. It was with music which I remember very well, Beverly Hill's Cop theme. It might be some game or Apple presentation, sorry for beeing so chaotic. It was over 15 years ago and I was a kid but I still remember this music and would love to hear it again on my old LC
