The Virtual DVD-ROM/CD Utility might help.
I can't get the game to play on Basilisk II, it shows an error message saying it needs the CD to play. How do I get it to think there's a CD? Thanks in advance!
You can get it from max1zzz's list
Hello, where can I find the link, please?
This WORKS GREAT on a new installation of 7.5.3 on BasiliskII. Enjoy!
The farthest I've gotten in this game is when the guy opens the door (the picture in the screenshot) but the guy never appeared and the game crashed. That was in classic mode. On an iMac G3 with OS 9.2.2 it just crashes whenever it feels like and I've never seen the game. Also it turns the volume up to 75% which is WAAAYYY too loud on this computer. You can switch to Finder with CMD+Tab if you have that extension installed.
Downloaded this one yet, this is a hybrid CD-ROM for Windows 3.1/95=0,032631578947368 (attention: mathematical equation
) , and Mac OS 68k + PPC. Unfortunately, the Installer says "Universal Binary", which is now Mac OS X PPC+Intel, but this installer means fat application with. System requirements at Mobygames say Motorola 68030 with Mac OS 7.1 as minimum requirements, but I did not succesful get run this with Mac OS 7.5 and newer yet (your mileage may vary, I did not take a deeper look yet).
Another thought: The file I've d/led from link above is a .zip file with nearly 402 MB, but stuffing it with Stuffit ("older version format") makes it 350 MB (stored on my local hard disk only yet).
