A little while back when i uploaded this many of us, yep including me, learned a lot about the legal fights that all "main" companies that used to sell fonts had, how they settled, etc., i would like your opinion on this:
I have been sorting out some of my old files and came across adobe font folio 8,9 & 10. Do you think, after all that mess, it would be worth/safe uploading or i just let them get lost forever. I'm going verklempt, please discuss 
deffinatley don't get them lost forever! even if it can't be released it should still be preserved
i'm not sure about the legal situation surrounding fonts is now though....
My thoughts on this are; If the font collection you have is on obsolete HFS media, then archive it here. I'll make a reasonably safe bet that it won't be 'noticed'.
Also, the MG policy is they'll immediately remove any item if requested to do so by a company or owner of the software concerned.
To add: The "font wars" law suits are all about plagiarism, i.e: One company taking another's font foundry, altering it to some degree, then selling it on, claiming it as its own.
Here, we are only archiving the past. Not selling or re-selling existing software or fonts.
