games' version info

Unless there are more than one version uploaded, i removed the version info from the games' title to the their description box. Only a few of the games version info were on the title. İf none are, it would be more stylish. I guess that's what they call obsessive compulsive behavior!

Yeah but you're obsessive about doing something good. They say that's what it takes to be rich. Wink

I'm obsessive with finding screen shots for all these old games... Not to mention old mac games in general, you're not the only one! Smile

I agree that we shouldn't put version info in the title, except for major changes like 'Mac OS 6' & 'Mac OS 7'.

I put the versioning number in the Compatibility field though, instead of Description.

Edit: Replaced 'xxx 7' with 'Mac OS 7' IIGS User

Is it possible to change the appearance, at least on the 'App' pages, to include multiple downloadable files/archives and the possibility to tag each one with version number? I mean, when the app leaves the 68k architecture and becomes PPC only it would be nice to keep the both most recent version.

That's true.

It's always best to keep all possible versions, especially if the app / game is small.
