How can I burn a CD.TOAST image onto a CD in Windows?

I just downloaded Diablo game and it is a CD.TOAST image,
and I want to burn it onto a CD but I am using Basilisk and cannot recognize
my USB IOMEGA external CD burner, therefore I have to use the Windows environment,
what program do I need to use?

I have NERO, Alcohol 120%, and Iomega hot burn.

Nero. change .toast to .nrg and burn.

Thanks TataMisia,
I changed to .nrg and burned it with NERO,
it works fine both, the Windows and the Mac version, I love the Music in this Game (Diablo)

But .nrg you can burn only in Nero. Format .iso is a standard for all burners.

It worked!

Now in order to Seed it , I guess I have to change it back to .toast
