Trying to remember a game where a guy runs through different floors of what looked like a factory. He could really jump and grab onto a ledge and pull himself up. He could jump, crouch, and, of course, shoot. Does this ring a bell for anyone? Thanks!

Is it "Bob vs the Aliens"? I think that's it.
If i ignore the factory (although this game did start in a factory), I immediately thought of Another World / Out of this World.
Yeah it does sound like Another World alright.
Or Flashback, the "Another World" sequel. At least one of them started in a factory where he hit his head, and woke up in Another World.
Flashback isn't actually the sequel to Another World / Out of this World, and Flashback started in a jungle. Prince of Persia isn't it, because he can't shoot.
