I'm thinking that sfp1954 is more likely to be correct here about this being for a Quicksilver & not the iMac G4.

Spotted this old ad regarding the 2002 QS:

$30 PowerMac G4 (QuickSilver 2002 - Jan 2002) original/authentic Apple restore disc set (grey color) in original white package ("603-0711 Power Mac G4 Media")
* Mac OS 9.2.2+Mac OS X 10.1.3 Install CDs (2): CD version 1.1: 691-3631-A, 2Z691-3632-A
* Mac OS 9.2.2+Mac OS X 10.1.3 Restore CDs (5): CD version 1.0: 691-3625-A, 691-3626-A, 691-3627-A, 691-3628-A, 691-3629-A
* Apple Hardware Test CD: SW version 1.2.5: 691-3544-A

The difference here being the Z603-0711 of your copy (International English) and the above's "603-0711" (US English). Otherwise both will be for the same Mac.

Sounds like they are a slightly newer set than this;
