[Q] Uploads that require registration keys?

I've already upload a couple of files, but thought I'd better ask this question before uploading any files that may not be wanted.

What is the website's rule / policy on games and applications that require registion keys?

I've got a few old games that can be played in a limited "demo" mode and you can then enter a registration key / serial number to unlock the full game. When the original website no longer exists it is obviously not possible to buy your own registration code and I don't want to post any codes I have with my name and email address and some I have never registered (I've got a large pile of old magazine disks and CDs). For some of them I can use a SerialBox code, but others I can't find any codes for at all.

Is it okay to upload old software:
- with SerialBox registration codes?
- without any registration codes? (I do see the "Wanted" list has a couple of requests for registration codes)

Include registration codes for abandonware in a folder along with the disc image. ie. I recommend that you include it, but don't flaunt it by posting it directly in the description or as a separate upload. In practice it does not matter, but doing it my way will avoid giving the wrong impression about this site to a casual visitor.

Yes please, if you have no other to include. Include them in the archive if possible - tho' several have placed these into the description on pages I think its better to include them in the archive.

"- without any registration codes?"

Preferably only if a key is not available for some reason. Although, often another poster may be able to help out here, too.
