This was an old game on a floppy disc I once had for my Performa. I was quite young when my sister lost it

The main mechanic was, as I barely remember, lowering a rope from the helicopter to stick figure people who were on top of houses and trees. And the game was side scrolling.

The art style as I remember was quite minimalistic and B&W.
