You would need StuffIt to unstuff the files.
Hopefully, there is a version around that's not stuffed into a .sit file.

*.ISO means, you would need Toast or Virtual DVD-ROM/CD Utility to mount the CD image.

On OSX, either as host OS for a MacOS emulator or with Classic, there is no need to inflate files inside the "old" MacOS.
I would try one of these for decompressing in Tiger:
1 - http://www.stuffit.com/mac-expander.html
2 - https://code.google.com/p/theunarchiver/downloads/list?can=1
or - http://wakaba.c3.cx/releases/mac/old/
The Unarchiver would be my choice, you will need a copy of Stuffit Expander 10.0.2 or lower, it seems.

Files ending with .cdr, .toast or .iso are virtual disk images and need to be mounted with Toast or in many cases burned into a real working CD-ROM. Just drop the decompressed file onto Toast 5 (availble here), insert a blank cd and hit the burn button. You may also be able to use Disk Utility under OSX to burn disk images.

These games requires the classic Mac OS or even its Classic Environment counterpart on Mac OS X.
Another way to run them on OS X hardware is to install an emulator which covers such old Macs, like Basilisk II or SheepShaver, which requires a ROM file originated from an old Macintosh computer and System Software as well.

I have several pre-built Classic Folders here. Any of them should work.
Try the first two.

What are the machines?
If they are G4 or earlier you may be able to install OS 9.
See everymac.com for specs.

All install disks are here.

I prefer the eMac 9.2.2 disk for machines that can boot OS 9.
